Experience in Election Fraud
Robertson Investigations has conducted examinations on tens of thousands of election forms. During one examination we compared 3,100 petition signatures with the scanned voter registration forms (on-line) at a board of elections office and identified over 10% of the signatures as forgeries.
Michael examined thousands of signatures on various election documents regarding an election in Pennsylvania. He subsequently testified on multiple occasions regarding these issues before the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania and two different judges.
He also examined official's initials on 1,400 transit forms to identify bundles of ballots that were moved from polling sites to the board office for counting. There had been allegations of discrepancies. All forms were found to be accurate and legitimate. Michael examined 400 documents for a candidate regarding his loss of an election and was able to determine that the questioned material was authentic.
Attorneys representing a PAC retained Michael to compare hundreds of signatures with the voter registration cards at the Lucas County, Board of Elections office.
An incumbent elected official retained his services to examine an Absentee Ballot and Return Envelope to determine if the voter completed and signed the form. The individual had been charged with forgery. After Michael determined the signature was genuine, the charges were dropped.

Signature Verification Services
SIGNATURE VERIFICATION SERVICES are now available to Ohio election officials at an affordable rate. Mike Robertson has qualified as an expert in the detection of forgery in over 40 different courts in Ohio and other states and has conducted many investigations involving voter issues.
This new service is made available because of the ease and speed of sending the documents to our office via email for examination. By streamlining the administrative handling of the documents and our response back to your office, we can make up the difference of our lower costs through anticipated volume of work from the Boards around the state. This is a considerable savings considering that the retainer for the average document examination case is $900.00.
We have designed a Signature Verification System wherein you will be provided with an opinion regarding authenticity of a signature via emails. You email our office the scanned images of the questioned signature (from a petition, Application for Absentee Voter's Ballot, etc) and the image of voter registration card. We provide you with an email response regarding the verification of the questioned signature.
There are two billing options:
Option One: The retainer method is considerably less than the "pay-as-you-go" option since no billing is necessary. Your account is debited each time an examination is completed and the balance is provided when we send you the results of each examination. The cost per examination is $21.00 and you can retain us for any number of signature comparisons.
Option Two: The pay-as-you-go requires an invoice for each examination which is emailed along with the examination results. The cost is $35.00 per examination. The pay-as-you-go requires more paperwork for us and for your office resulting in the higher cost, i.e., processing the invoice.
If you opt for the retainer method and a major issue surfaces in your jurisdiction (multiple fraudulent signatures on petitions, for instance), then we will be available to handle this as a major case for your office at a reduced rate.

About Election Fraud
Election Fraud, also referred to, as Electoral Fraud and Voter Fraud is the illegal interference with the process of an election. Election Fraud is designed to affect vote counts for the purpose of securing a particular result from an election. This criminal activity is commonly executed by decreasing the vote share of a particular candidate or increasing the vote share of the preferred candidate, or both. However, there are other techniques for attempting to control the results of an election.
Some popular techniques of voting fraud consist of voter intimidation, votes by "dead voters", suppression and coercion, the attempted bribery of election officials (board of elections), or voters, the physical tampering with voting machines and documents, forged voter signature on an election-related document, ballot stuffing, and the registration of false or deceased voters.
Election fraud is not limited to political elections for public office. Labor unions, judgment panels for sporting events, music or film awards, educational councils and other elections are also subject to fraud.
