The results of each inquiry are reviewed for accuracy, by our company, prior to reporting to the client.
Verification Reports are provided to the client via e-mail within 1 business day.
The report will indicate whether or not the SSN was issued to the employee or applicants name.
The report may also contain previous addresses, a date of birth, aliases and the state and year in which the SSN was issued .
If the SSN that you provide does not match the name of the employee or job applicant, this will reflect in the report that you receive. It is then your responsibility to file a report with local law enforcement authorities and the Social Security Administration.
If the SSN does not match your employee or job applicant, we are not permitted to provide the name and other information regarding the person to whom the SSN has been legally issued.
